Irritated and dissatisfied

Clicks IT, or i should say clicks itself. My experience at clicks Protea Gardens Soweto was a nightmare. Needed to buy medication for my son only to be told that the systems are down and we cannot be helped via manual receipt because of whatever the reasons. We had to wait on the que for the IT to come back to the poor pharmacist who were trying to help and willing to wait until the issue was resolved and unfortunately I had to leave without buying what I needed so desperately for my son. Guys imagine needing medication so desperately and being told that u cannot be assisted. That experience left a distaste in mouth a very awful and feel so sick to my stomach about the Clicks IT Department.
