Irresponsible COVID vaccination

I vaccinated at Clicks -Ferndale on Republic for my first dose. When I was due for my second, I was out of the city and went to local clinic of where I was. To my horror, clucks had not registered my name on the system and it now appears as if I only just did my first dose when in fact it was my second. Now I have the extra task of a 3rd appointment and I have to keep explaining this very irresponsible thing your clinic staff have done. How many other people who were on the queue with me were not registered? I will not take this lying down as this will affect my travel and future access into places. I’m utterly disappointed and most of all angry.
