Irate customer/patient

Clicks Pharmacy, Bedfordview, Village view branch. Absolutely shocking customer/patient attention. Twice now left stranded for my diabetic medication. No follow call for delivery not taking place. Shocking arrogant attitude by Rabbia and staff. You have taken the Hippocratic Oath.....IF YOU HAVE NO SIMPATHY OR EMPATHY FOR YOUR CLIENTS.....GET OUT....YOU DONT BELONG IN RETAIL SALES. i AM DISGUTED BY THE ARROGANT UNSYMPATHETIC ATTITUDE. After all......we the customer and patients....WE PAY YOUR SALARIES. ZERO COMPASSION.....YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.
