invasion of privacy

I went to fetch my prescription from the clicks pharmacy at Rondebosch (CPT). This is a prescription that I was meant to fetch over 3 months. Today, instead of being given my prescription accordingly, I was given the 3rd degree and it was as though I had walked into a psychologists room rather than just a pharmacy- mind you, there were people waiting in the line behind me when this pharmacist was asking me all these personal questions I expect (and have answered) from my doctor. I am not sure what exactly the job description is, but I felt as though my privacy was being invaded by this lady whom I came to simply to pick up prescribed medication. I am already not in a great space, and I felt this lady dig into me and my private issues- IN FRONT OF PEOPLE!!! Next time it will be someone in a more vulnerable space and this lady will push them over the edge. I was greatly unsatisfied with the service I received today at Clicks pharmacy.
