Injury in Clicks store

If I could, I wouldn't even give them 1 star. On 12 March 2019, my 87 year old mother fell in their Bedford Centre store because one of their staff members left a low steel stool in the passage. Clicks senior management showed absolutely no concern to the injury and pain that my mother lives with on a daily basis since this incident. Clicks insurance company don't even bother to respond to my e-mails asking if they have received my e-mail with proof of the injury and the expenses that my 87 year old pensioner mother has had to pay. Quite frankly, in my opinion, CLICKS care absolutely ZERO about their customers.
