Injury

It's almost 2yrs ago in December that i injured myself in Clicks Cresta. I sent the documents as requested by Clicks HO and now when they need to pay me out they needed the original documents. Why didn't they request it the 1st time i put my claim in. I'm tied of Clicks issues the way they treat people like a old rag.
