Inhumane service

Clicks Cornubia couldn't help me with my chronic medication because the other shop had already reserved my meds i pleaded with them to reverse the request and issue to as i out of them they couldn't budge. I felt bad when i was asked to pay for it when my medical aid has already paid for it, i requested that they dispense and record that the other shop transfer funds all that fell on deaf ears including the manager of the day. In these trying times with petrol so high i had make a trip again to fetch my meds the next day. I'm of the view that this could have been handled better.
