Infringement of consumer rights

I have two very unpleasant experiences at your store in All Saints Olivedale shopping Centre. Last week I went on to buy otc medication. I asked Chantel Dupper the dispenser to please not put it in a small plastic packet as I don’t use plastic and don’t like plastic bags. She proceeded to tell me she can’t do that and I said but the other dispensers have done it for me before, she proceeded to roll her eyes and continued to try to put the medication in the packet, I grabbed it from her and said I don’t want plastic stick the sticker on the packet and place it in the cage. She threw the medication at me without a cage. I reported this to the head pharmacist who apologized and said she would get it sorted. I was back there today and was told again I can’t have it without the plastic packet this Chantel has a very bad attitude and riled up the locom I was dealing with. The other dispenser gave me the medication without a bag. This is unacceptable as a consumer I have the right to refuse plastic and I don’t need a very rude dispenser to behave the way they did. I will no longer shop at any of your stores because I will not support a company that has such rude and arrogant staff. Please send me a response ASAP otherwise I will escalate this.
