Inferior quality products

Most retailers are importing extremely cheap products from China/PRC. Due to their mass production with cheap labor that they are flooding international markets, they are of a very inferior quality. They either break immediately after purchasing or within a few months.

I bought an slice band from Clicks Arbor Crossing in Amanzimtoti. On taking it out of the packaging it immediately broke. I took it back to the store. The manager advised me that due to there being no guarantee on the product, Asa it leaves the store, it is no longer their responsibility to replace it. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated as a loyal customer.
