Inferior product ( 2 ply Toilet )

So i have been buying the 2 ply clicks toilet paper for a very long time.

I noticed in December that the toilet paper has changed a bit, still 2 ply but its hard and the picture on the toilet paper has changed i wrote to them and asked why the toilet paper has changed.

They asked me a bunch of stuff and i had to send them emails with picture of the batch number and took picture of the toilet paper and so forth Just for them to tell me nothing is wrong with it.

Well i bought another bag of 2 ply toilet paper from Clicks noticed that the picture on the toilet paper is different and it is back to the softness.

All they had to do is apologise and say they had a bad batch but instead t they ********* and they lie about the credibility of the products.

As a long time customer of clicks all i wanted was an acknowledgement of the bad toilet paper, Customers should take note of the products Clicks sell not all products clicks has is good some are inferior and they make us pay alot of money for their substandard products- To the Clicks customer check the 2 ply toilet paper when you buy it and compare the product.
