Inexperienced cashiers

Not happy. The cashier assured me that all the discounts will go through only to find that they ****** me R20. When I returned they told me some story about how im supposed to check that the stock has the same bar code. Took 15 minutes to get assistance. Quite annoying. Not impressed.
