inefficient and unprofessional

Received a sorbet cleanser as a gift it stopped working so contacted head office they told me to return the item to the nearest clicks and they would refund/replace the item when I got to clicks in my area their head office instructed them to do no such thing. Emailed again to report the situation and they did not have the decency to reply
