Inefficient and time wasting

You have a queueing system at your dispensaries, you have a sign that says Shop until your number is called. But at the Gordons Bay Clicks if you are not there when your number is called, they swiftly call the next number and never bother to call your number again. It took me less than a minute to get from the cosmetics to the dispensary but my number was already off the board. The male pharmacist was having a fat conversation with the person that the only other pharmacist was helping. I had to flag him down to point out that my number was infact before the man he was about to serve. That pharmacist then took as long as he possible could, doddering around getting items one by one, then going to get the basket, then going to get something else, How inefficient can one store be? THen there was an issue with my bank card, and instead of getting other tellers or ring my order off to serve the next person my cashier and I think, his supervisor just stood around listening to my conversation with the bank as the queue got longer and longer. This not the first time the pharmacist has taken long with what is a simple order or there is a queue and only one cashier on but today really took the cake.
