Ineffective product/ False advertising

I have purchased a Revlon volumizer hair dryer from Clicks. This product has given me no volume whats so ever. I am very unhappy with this product and wish to get my full cash refund. I explained to the store manager that this product was not effective and does not give me the results that it advertisers on the box, but he has refused me a refund.

All i want is my money back. This is too much of money to waste on an ineffective product. It would be nice if the store could have demo units so that we would know exactly what we are purchasing.
