Incorrect pricing and bad supervisor attitude

I bought dove item worth R47.00 , however there was a marked discount of 20% which meant the item would be 37.60 but I paid R40.00 when I asked for the difference the supervisor said there is nothing she can do. This is a very poor service and I guess against consumer law. This happened at Westgate just before 5pm today.
