Incorrect medication give to client which

Good Day,

I want to lodge a complaint about the click pharmacy at the van der walt street.

I have a prescription from my dr giving me a water tablet Puresis but the pharmacist decided on his own to give the generic the furobe this table made me so sick and dizzy all the time I even collapsed on Saturday with the dizziness.

This is terrible service, when we went to the clicks this morning they informed us it’s the generic my complaint is who asked them for the generic tablet there is a reason why the dr gave me the purises I mean they read the prescription , why change the medication they should of informed us they are going to give us the generic so that we have the option of saying yes or no to the generic.

I am the one that got sick not your pharmacist I am the one feeling dizzy all the time, could not sleep at night and shaky all the time and have a severe headache and also having heart palpitations. I am going to report you guys to the medical board as well.

Because in the meantime I though my blood pressure is dropping because I am inimic and I had to buy all sort or nuts and juice and fruits and thinks to eat to bring my blood pressure up in the mean while your pharmacist gave me the wrong medication making me feel so sick this is not on I am so angry right now really it’s not funny being a severe diabetic as well you can’t imagen how my body is feeling right now.

So what are u guys going to do to compensate me for the hell I have been through due to the incompetency of you assistant pharmacist.
