Incorrect medication dispensed

My fiance collected his prescription today from Clicks Eastrand Mall, got home and counted the pills. They were completely incorrect to his prescription.

He was prescribed 7x days of all. This is what he got. Doxy 13 (Prescription 7 days, twice daily) Neurobion 15 (Prescription 7 days, one daily) Cipro 10 (Prescription 7 days, twice daily) Probiflora 30 (Prescription 7 days, two daily)

Only Nexmezol was dispensed correctly. 7 (Prescription 7 days, once daily)

Appalling and this is Medical Aid Dispensing *****. Not like one can return medication either!
