Incorrect Medication and I have to pay the price for it!!!

I went to the Clicks in sunninghill asked the pharmacist to give me Nurofen period she gave me Nuro Bion she sealed the packet and put it into a box so that I can pay at the till, when I got home I seen she gave me the wrong medication, so I went to Sandton Clicks and the guy there refused to help me saying that its medication and non refundable, so I must pay R252 for something I didn't ask for? I called the sunninghill clicks and spoke to Peter and explained to him that I don't have a car to come on Monday and told him I can only come on the weekend again. I would like to know why didn't the guy at Clicks in Sandton want to help me, is it because I am not white?
