Incorrect Items Delivered, No Assistance

I ordered from Clicks on 05 January 2021, I received an incorrect order on 08 January. I have been calling their call centre and not getting much assistance, how long does one have to wait for the items they paid for to be delivered??!! My call reference is ***1 order number ***
