Incorrect Electricity meter number

Good morning,

I would like to enquire some information. I recently moved into a new apartment and I bought electricity on the Clicks app and I received a token. Unfortunately I was given a wrong meter number so the token could not go through. Is there a possibility of getting a credit for the wrong meter number and the credit then gets transferred to the correct meter number? Thank you.
