Incorrect clubcard rewards

Hi. I purchased over in November / December 2020 and Janaury 2021 approximately R8500 worth of goods from Clicks and I received approximately R27.50 rewards. I followed the calculation method that is said on the clicks side and I should have received approximately R1700 in clicks club card rewards. I have called and emailed and the question they ask did i log on with my account, yes i did and it shows my clubcard number and online order history. Please can someone assist me with recalculating my clubcard rewards.
