Incorrect amount (half) of chronic med!

On 13 of May 2015, in Clicks Canal Walk I received incorrect amount of chronic med for my mom - atenolol B-block 50 mg, it is in computer system for more than 2 years, for Vera Kalinina, prescribed in the hospital's Dr: 60 tab per month, I received only 30 tablets. And this 'error' happening not for the first time, in different Clicks branches. These pills are essential for my mom and paid fully by Discovery Medical aid. Why I must always check whether the pharmacist put the correct amount, it is their job and their responsibility! When I came few days ago to Clicks in N1 City Mall Goodwood and asked them to give me the rest of the pills explaining the situation and showing the package from Canal walk, my request was rejeceted.
