Inconvenience for a dispenser to assist a customer

Worst experience just received from clicks pharmacy in fernridge randburg, the lady dispenser had a attitude towards me from the start. I walked toward the pharmacy ticket machine and there was already a ticket printed which I took and processed to the counter where a female dispenser was sitting, she gave me a remark about the ticket which then my wife already went to get another ticket, after the ticket story I ask if she had a certain medication which she immediately Said no without even looking on the system or put in a effort to go look, I normally buy this medication from this clicks and they always have it available in stock. This lady dispenser was unhelpful, rude and lazy, like it was an inconvenience for her to assist me....
