Inconvenience

I had called earlier in the week and got booked for a health assessment at Clicks Norkem mall clinic for today,Thursday 07.02.2019 , at 12pm. I got there at 11:45 by the clinic door and got seated.

An employee then came to inform me that the sister is not in today, that she is at some school today.

I didn't get notified about this prior to my trip there. The gentleman who came to inform me the sister is not in today couldn't call the sister or his manager to address me.

Can patients be informed about cancellations or reschedules in time?
