Inconsistent treatment at different Clicks Stores.

I went to Clicks in Carlton Centre to buy medication for the baby, when I got to the tills I was told they cannot use my Clicks Card number for the points, they need the actual card, when I asked for the reason they said to avoid *****, I tried to explain that it is fine to put controls in place to protect customers but their control should have been that they can use the card number without you providing the actual card, however they should not allow you to use any cash backs when you don't have your card with you. they refused for me to use the number which resulted in me loosing the points for that specific purchase, I need Clicks to advise on how the matter can be resolved as I was not aware of this new control and I have been using the number at other Clicks stores with no problems.
