Incomplete dosage intructions almost ****ed my child

I write this review today with a heavy heart as i have been a loyal clicks customer for many years and have been getting my medicines at their pharmacy for as long as i know. We recently had a child and as new parents are adapting to the stressful life of parenting.

Our child was ill and as parents seeked help from a paediatrician for him. The doctor diagnosed him, wrote a script and gave it to us to collect medicine. Went to clicks pharmacy Beacon Bay to collect the medicine . Collected the medicine dropped the medicine at home and returned to work. On returning home the wife indicated that she gave our child the dosage of 4ml as indicated on the box as indicated by the clicks pharmacy sticker. On the box it is written" .4ML every 6 hours as necassary". On further investigation of the inner pamphlet I noticed that the recommended Dosage is 0.6ml. On first recognision of this we immediately took action and rushed the child to hospital for possible overdose. This lack of information on the clicks sticker is the direct cause of this situation. I will be seeking legal advise as on how to proceed from here. I will attach a photograph of the clicks sticker if allowed to do so to indicate how easily one can be mislead.
