INCOMPLETE DEVICE

I bought a mini ultrasonic Humidifier, to my surprise it didn't come with cartridge. What makes matters worse cartridge is not being supp**** at the store. I'v been to all Clicks stores no help. My concern, how can you sell a device that is not complete. I cannot even utilize the devise without these cartridges. Desparately need intervention.
