Incompident staff at clicks Townsquare

I went to Clicks pharmacy Townsquare Roodepoort yesterday to collect my daughters medication.i was then told that the medication was not packed and the one medication was of stock.i was then told to get an updated script from the doctor.now before I could collect I called clicks to confirm.the consultant even asked me if he can pack it.the pharmacist then had to check the email only to find that the doctor sent the script but the admin person did not capture it.the pharmacist then told that it they have to order the medication I have to first pay for it then it will arrive the next day.i then had to go to wife who was in the car to confirm how much of medication was left.i came back now after a minute and had to wait again for the teller as he helped someone else.i was told by the pharmacist that I must get the doctor to resend the script to another pharmacy if I had to go to another pharmacy.how must I do this if it's a long weekend and the doctor would not be available.i was told by the pharmacist to pay and then come back to her.this entire ordeal which was not even my fault wasted 1 hour and 30 minutes of my afternoon in clicks.i will now take my business to Diskem going forward as I do do not think I deserve this treatment.
