So I booked for my 2nd injection today for the covid vaccine. I made the necessary arrangement from my end to be there and to be a bit earlier.

Just to get there and be told by Florence the nurse is off sick and no one is there to help, mentioned another place sounded like a clinic turned around and walked away to help someone else.

I stood in the store and called them and spoke with Mpho explained to her what is happening as well. Said will talk to someone else that might help and I waited to be helped for some time just for someone to come and explain they cannot help me. Explained they had limited resources allocated to them from clicks and he is sorry.

I walked to the front spoke with Florence again. Had quite an attitude giving off the feeling she doen't care. Already having almost spendt my entire lunch break there with no help from no one I left. I phoned the headoffice complaint department number I found online.

This is the Hellopeter complaint I promised the next one will be the health department explaining the inconvenience as well as to our local groups as well as local paper.
