I have been to a few stores over the past week and today my experience at the Mtuba mall Clicks was extremely poor. Clicks is running their Super sale promotion but clearly their staff does not understand the English explaining the sale. On the promotion it states buy 2 and get the cheapest 1 free, my understanding and most other stores is that the customer only has to purchase 2 items then will get the cheapest item of the 2 free but at the Mtuba mall they think its the same as the 3 for 2 sale, I could not believe that the manager of the store is also unaware how the special works. I have purchased a lot of items on the sale at the Ballito Junction and Richards Bay Boardwalk Clicks and all of those stores I had to only purchase 2 items and then I only paid for the more expensive item. So why does the staff and manager at the Mtuba mall clicks not understand the promotion that's in their own store. The next time Clicks decides to run a promotion I hope they can explain to all their staff especially their managers how the special works, otherwise they should not run promotions as it seems to be misleading to their staff and a waste of time to their customers.
