*********** staff & systems!!!

Made an online Clinic booking for my husband at Clicks Mall of Africa on Wednesday 31st July for today Saturday 3rd August at 12pm. He arrives and gets told that someone has cancelled his booking and the nurse refuses to see him!!! NOBODY cancelled the booking and he showed her the SMS confirmation on his phone. She still refused to see him! I called the Clicks call centre to report this and got told "Maam theres nothing we can do as your booking is not on the system" the consultant sounded like a stuck record as she just kept repeating this like a trained animal with no brain! You have wasted mine and my husbands time because of your useless glitches in your system and your *********** staff! If I did not make the booking then how on earth did I get the SMS confirmation????
