Good day;

On the 7th of December 2017 I went to Clicks at Eyethu mall Orange Farm and bought a black Opal foundation cream.

Before buying it I tested it, I realised that the packaging of the product in stock is different from that of the tester.

The Tester is the black container I usually use and it works beautifully!!! I asked the shop assistant if she has that exact product and she told me that the product just changed the packaging it's the exact same thing! I confirmed this over and over and she affirmed me.

When I get home, I realised that it's some lightweight formula and does not provide optimum coverage, I obviously used it in order to see if it's the one and it wasn't. I used a small amount and wasn't happy at all!!!

I have the till slip, and container I went back on the 15th of December 2017 and I spoke to the manager about this, his name is Tshepo, he genuinely wasn't interested in assisting me.

He told me about store policies, I tried telling him that it's not my fault he barely wanted to listen and told me to contact "Black Opal".

I stopped trying to reason with him, I spent R228.00 on a product I can't use. Someone's incompetence has cost me, it's not Black Opal that advised me to buy the wrong product, Black Opal did not put out the tester of something that's not in store.

I am extremely dissatisfied and I'm a Clicks customer for years! I believe that I deserve better treatment and compensation. I could let it go, but the way yhis manager handled the matter made me realized how little he cares about customer satisfaction.

The worst part is that before coming to hellopeter, I tried reaching out on their website and it kept giving me error messages.
