*********** staff - Bellaire Shopping Centre Clicks

I've always been a fan of the clicks brand until I went to the Bellaires shopping centre store. At the time there was a special on the pampers premium care nappies. There was a promotion on the buy two offer. When I got to the tillpoint the price was the not showing the promotion. I then advised them that as per the catalogue and the promotion that was also shown by a print out on the shelf. The teller was very irritated by me asking this and then went to get the print out. She then said this says pampers premium disposable nappies and no where on the packaging of the premium nappies does it say disposable. I then asked to speak to the manager, she came out and said that the promotion is not on the nappies as it does not say disposable on the packaging. I can't believe that such *********** individuals are promoted to that level of customer interaction roles. I have always been a loyal customer of clicks but really this was one too much. I'd rather go to another store to get items for my baby.
