You can bet your salary on it - when you go to a Clicks store they either don't have the barcode label prices on the shelf OR when you do select something the price is wrong when you get to the till. THEN I have to wait so they go and check the prices that they haven't updated correctly. Since this happens so frequently I DO CHECK the barcodes. No barcodes I don't buy the stuff as I don't need to waste 30 minutes of my life waiting for something because somebody is inefficient and there's no accountability either! And to top that the attitude of Clicks staff really sucks - I will say they are better than Dischem's staff hence I shop at Clicks. BUT I wish there was another store as I know sooo many people that are really sick of the bad service we get. Well as the saying goes you cant complain about bad service when there is no service!
