*********** staff and Bad service.

I went to buy meds this afternoon at clicks after visiting the doctor. i handed the script and my Medical aid card to process my request. the lady enterd all the info and processedthe claim. she went to fetch the medication and came back saying "there is no stock of what the doctor pescribed, however i can give you a generic". i agreed and after a while she comes back and says we dont not have stock, please come back again tomorrow. After i have paid then you want to tell me thtat you out of stock, so i have to waste my time with an unprofessional organisation again tomorrow.
