I had R124-77 on my club card from the end of September, when I went to clicks in Estcourt to use the amount that was on my club card it disappeared. The manager on duty phoned the club card call centre and a VERY rude woman told me that I’m using the old clicks app on my phone and that is why I’m seeing the amount on my card. Then asked her if I’m using the old app what happened to my money and she can’t give me an answer. WHY IS CLICKS EMPLOYING *********** PEOPLE? Tried again on Sunday and my money still show R0 on my slip. Called the call centre yesterday and they JUST don’t answer the phones.
