I am extremely dissapointed with the Clicks in Waterstone Somerset West. My fiance went there to get a prescription filled which his dr e-mailed to them. First of all they could not figure out how to do this.... for some reason there were more than 1 involved eventually. He felt so sick and just wanted his medicine and go home to rest. After a long while he told them to just leave it and he went across the hall to the Local Choice Pharmacy who helped him in a jiffy. A day later he got an e-mail from his Medical Aid that said that Clicks is claiming the medicine..... which he never got.. We will never go back there for medicine, that's for sure.
