*********** Debtors Department

There was a medical aid shortfall - which I somehow don't understand as if there is a shortfall, you are required to pay before leaving the store.

Nevertheless, I made payment on 16 April. Sent POP via email and contacted your debtors department who confirmed that they can see the payment, however the journals weren't processed correctly to clear my account. They promised to have it sorted.

Till today, I still receive the below message on a continous basis which is rather annoying seeing that your debtors department is *********** in their processes.

Please assist.
