All of a sudden all my details are wrong. I have this card for more than 10 years. ID wrong. I phoned 4 times, but they are incapable to fix the problem. Whoever changed my details disappeared. They put you on hold without fixing anything, until you put the phone down and dial again and again. *********** service desk!
