Good morning

On the 1st of September I made a purchase at the Longbeach Mall branch where cashier Simone assisted me. My gold club card did want to swipe so she gave me a new blue club card because according to Simone Clicks Longbeach Mall do not manually capture the club card number anymore but when I went to the Tygervalley branch they manually captured my card number and got a supervisor override. I now sit with 2 club cards because of Simone's incompetence and I had to call the customer service centre to get the points on the blue club card transferred to the gold card which is an unnecessary inconvenience.
