Judging by the reviews submitted by people about this very brand, I'm guessing this will be a futile effort on my part. Regardless, their online service is an entire joke. When I got in touch with their customer care to report that their store in Sebokeng was making jump through hoops to get my order, that i paid . Then suddenly I need to provide ID when collecting my package, this is along with a pin and an order number. Their staff members clearly had no clue how to deal with an in store collection and then decided it would be easier to tell me that my order number does not the one on the package. Their reply from their customer service claims that they cannot tell if I've received this SMS they claim I need to provide them with. There's also no instruction telling me what to bring upon going to collect my order. If handling simple online shopping requests is too much for you, then s**** it because this is unacceptable.
