hi<br> Went to the clicks store in V&A to buy a scale for R129.99 found out that it's malfunctioning. took it to Claremont branch because it's closer and they swopped for me. only to find out that it does the same thing.<br> <br> Go to Cape town Golden acre branch to return it because I decided to rather get my money back, this is not working. <br> long story short, to put people that are *********** without people skills dealing with customers is not good for business because they'll be *********** to the wrong customer that wont's tolerate that level of *******.<br> <br> I had to go to the store 3 times just for them to get through what they need to do on their systems of which they asked the manageress lady any she said give him a cash refund instead to the credit card credit that the lady was suggesting. <br> now the part that annoys one is that when they helping you they busy talking their own nonse in the background and attending to different things at the same time( what about me and my query) I mean that should've taken 15min max in and out of the store. <br> Then the other supervisor that was handed over this query is still arguing the amount written on the slip.<br> <br> This is disgusting <br> <br> Regards
