I made an online purchase at Clicks on the 24th of April and no correspondence was received from them. I called them the next morning and they said they would look into the issue. Still nothing I called again later that day and they said I must call again on Monday and I did. They saw the problem on their system and promised to call me on Wednesday to update me. Wednesday came no call received. I called them today, the lady I spoke to said she does not see any records of my payments yet on Monday they saw it. They are ***********. They said they can't help me now I must wait another 72 hours for a a call from their finance department. I just want my money back.
