INCOMPETENCY AT CLICKS PHARMACY TRADE ROUTE MALL

I am beyond livid at the incompetency of the Clicks Trade Route Pharmacy staff. I went to collect my mother's prescribed medicine yesterday the 06/05/18 to be told that it's too early to take one of the medication prescribed, which is the most important. I phoned my medical aid to find out what the issue is and low and behold the fault is with the way the prescription was captured. They entered the wrong days of therapy- which means I cannot recieve medicine until this id fixed. I phoned them, to be placed on hold by Charles who by the way cannot address clients with respect and dignity. I am soooo disgusted taking into consideration that I had to buy the medicine until the issue is fixed.
