Incompetency and poor work performance

I came on friday, 15th January 2021 at 11h50 to perform a covid rapid test. There was a black woman who was assisting me in the clinic with the test, i don't know have name since she did not disclose her name.Her conduct was very bad in that she insisted that she sprays/sanitize me under the armpits. She was also screaming while i was talking to her in a unprofessional way. I explained to her that i had a covid contact which was over 10 days ago, and thus wanted to do an antibody test, and she insisted that i was not supposed to come and do the test because i will infect her and the entire store. Its a disgrace that you keep such people with rotten attitude like hers.It is dissapointing that you keep such unprofessional and *********** people to deal with customers.
