Incompetence of Staff at Clicks Pinetown

My Dr faxed my chronic medication script at the end of May 2020 to Clicks Pinetown (Sanlam Centre), but when I went to collect my medication at the beginning of June the script was still unloaded but Clicks KwaMnyandu helped me to get the medication. Yesterday I went to KwaMnyandu Clicks for this month batch of my medication, the script was still unloaded into the system. We called Clicks Pinetown to find out how does it happen that the script not in the system and there was no help at all, I had to sleep without medication. Thanks to the lady who was helping me at KwaMnyandu Clicks, she did everything so that I can get the medication but the staff at Pinetown Clicks showed a lot of incompetence. I'm angry with them and I want them to know that customers are not obliged to come to them, they are drawn by service excellence. Shame on them.
