Incompetence at Clicks Boulders Shopping Centre

I am utterly disgusted with the treatment we received from this clicks in Boulders shopping centre in midrand, it is really frustrating when shops have online services where most of us have grown increasingly accustomed to shopping at as it is most convenient for us,but the employees are clueless about how it works and how to track and trace orders.

I bought a few things on the clicks online website to be delivered to the Boulders clicks as this option is affordable to me and because my cousin can easily pick up the order on her way home from work. After paying for my order and waiting not long I get an sms that both my orders are ready for collection at the store I selected and it said to ONLY bring the pin sent to me. I sent the pin to my cousin to pick the orders up, only for her to be shouted at and told the orders are not there and that it is a mistake by an *********** service assistant by the name of Slungile(she refused to give her surname). This lady was so rude and didn't want to listen to her when she (my cousin) was trying to explain to her how we normally ordered and collected our things. My cousin had to call me to talk to her because she was not listening to her. She continued being rude and insisted that my orders are not there.

Then suddenly said she wants my cousins ID as this was "required" when collecting online orders.

I didn't know if Silungile was just refusing to assist us or my orders were really not there. So i tell her that the sms I got said to ONLY bring the pin and not the ID and wanted to know if that's the reason she's not releasing the orders.

I asked to speak for manager, she said she's busy on the phone, I then asked for her manager's name and contact number she said it's Swazi Nkosi with the number ********** 733.

I was getting angry with the lack of help from this Slungile and when she detected this she finally said my cousin can go with her to where they keep online orders,to see that the orders are not there, only for my cousin to find my 2 orders there and it wasn't difficult because there were only 3 orders in that place.

I hope Swazi Nkosi the manager at Clicks Boulders will teach Slungile customer service s****s.She must not argue for the sake of winning an argument.

I've decided to never make use of this store again.
