Incompetence at Clicks

I would not even give one star. After so many years of being a loyal Clicks customer, it feels actually wrong typing this but I have to! Last week I popped into four different Clicks stores, hoping that I could pay with my FNB virtual card. 1) The Sanctuary Clicks in Somerset West- There, the individual helping me almost had a fit because we waited for forever for the card machine to load the QR code. After a few minutes of waiting, it finally popped up but then it stated that the QR code had expired. I paid "the normal way" and walked out unimpressed. 2) Clicks in Plattekloof- When I told the cashier named Anoluthando that wanted to pay with my virtual card, she said that I should rather opt paying in a different way on my app- can you imagine!3) Clicks inside N1 Mall- At the pharmacy counter there is no regard for privacy regarding medication. Nobukhosi Jili had absolutely no problem walking out with my medication in full view of all other shoppers - Clicks can learn a thing or two from their competitor Dischem! In the same Clicks at the teller, I once again attempted to use my virtual card and guess what ... this time it stated declined. First I was embarassed and not once did she even apologised because I moved to a different counter and when I paid there it wasn't declined but I can't retract my embarassment now can I? It really is pathetic how we are in a technologically advanced era and yet we still have to deal with such incompetence! Clicks, do better!
