INCOMPETENCE AND BAD CUSTOMER CARE CLICKS HIBISCUS MALL MARGATE

Clicks should really improve on their pharmacies. Clicks Hibiscus Mall Margate is a bunch of absolute *********** humans that cannot read or write or type a script into a computer. They lose scripts. They process them not correct They are late or do not deliver at all WHICH THEY CLAIM THEY DELIVER ON TIME. 5 days now I am waiting for my script to be delivered. For the last 5 months all hell broke loose because they cannot successfully process a script. They are a bunch of useless humans AND DO NOT REALISE IT IS US THE CUSTOMER WHO PUT THEIR BREAD ON THE TABLE. Medication is not a eeh aah topic it is a life threatening service if clients do not receive their meds on time. I'm out of there. I will collect my script and move to the competition.
