Incompetence

I stood in the que for 25min to get my prescription and when I got to the front, it took Mckenzie another 15min to find me on the system (it usually takes a minute) then he tells me I can only collect my prescription next week. I told him we are going overseas and that I need to take it with and he then says that is too bad...<br> <br> How on earth can you let someone like that work in a pharmacy??? Four people were complaining about him. One lady asked for bactroban and he couldn't even get that right!!!!
